I think it actually is making me...root for Nobunaga? He sounds so much more fun as a snarky investigative jerkish underdog who is smart enough to see through the bullshit, instead of trying to conquer the world.
(I don't like how many SLBP routes rely on the LI not telling MC what is happening, I've seen this a few times now and it's kind of annoying. But it does make sense for Nobunaga I guess.)
Yes. D: And yes to Nobunaga!MC having so little to do and just kind of...tagging along wondering what's going on. He needs to get better at telling her things, I thought that was what last act was about.
While wandering the country they run into one of these rebellions. They don't seem to have any particular reason for rebelling beyond general rowdiness. Which, MC notices, is sort of odd. And then they run into Ieyasu, who is bitter and angry and also deeply hurt by Nobunaga's decision to fake his own death. Is he behind the rebellions? Is he stirring them up for some reason?
Interesting... I feel like Ieyasu would dislike Mitsuhide, on principle.
