ETA re: gender roles - in the sequel it's established that Kazuya also sews, doesn't think it's a big deal, and is the only one of the dudes to not really care that Yukina can't. He says, maybe her husband will sew for her?
Ok so, more evidence for the Yumimuras historically not having strong gender roles. Which might turn out to be very relevant to Chizuru post-canon, especially on the Kazama route or if she ends up making contact with demons again in the Saito route.
