Since I seem not to be in a fic-writing headspace right now, let's have a meme: You give me a prompt and I'll tell you about the fic I'm not going to write based on it.

Alternatively, give me a description of a fic you're not going to write and I'll tell you about the squeeful comment I'd have written on it if it existed.

Hmm! Radiance!MC, Shadow!MC, and Kaede save the day with food, since Kaede plausibly met/will meet Radiance!MC while working at the restaurant.

...ok and now I'm imagining Kaede meeting Saizo while both are in Perfectly Normal Food Worker mode in Kyoto lol. That can be a secondary prompt if you like, but mostly I just wanted to share the mental image :)

It's set on the Mitsunari route, after Hideyoshi's death. Mitsunari/Saki and Kaede are old friends, which does Saki no end of good and helps her be much less angsty and tortured. Meanwhile Shadow!MC was sort of on the Kyoichiro route (except dating Kaede) so she made an alliance with Hideyoshi. Radiance!MC was on the Mitsunari route. Kaede and the two MC's, all working together, help Mitsunari build alliances using cooking-related diplomacy. It works and Ieyasu gets pwned. Mitsunari becomes Divine Ruler and decides to live openly as Saki, with Kaede and the two MCs as her advisors.
